Discussing the events of the full council meeting July 16th 2019, Ian and Simon invite back Councillor Cal Corkery. Council Leader Gerald Vernon-Jackson gives Simon his views of that day and the proposal itself requesting that the council investigate the private renting situation in Portsmouth to see what can be done to protect tenants from rogue landlords and prevent all landlords being tarred with the same brush.
